Shipping and delivery

Delivery time

We normally ship all orders within 48 hours, except on holidays when they are shipped on Mondays. You will receive a delivery confirmation via email when your order is shipped.

During holiday periods, deliveries may take longer, but this will be communicated in connection with the order.

Delivery method

In Lomma-Bjärred you can choose free shipping or pick up at our office warehouse in Lomma.

Delivery of most ordered goods is via PostNord's consignment note, My Pack Home or DHL.

If your order weighs less than 1 kg and is a maximum of 34x24x7 cm, we can send it with PostNord Varubrev. In this case, your Varubrev will be delivered to your mailbox if there is room. Otherwise, the shipment will arrive at your nearest PostNord agent. In the latter case, you will receive an SMS notification with information about when you can collect your delivery.

Snålla Saker i Lomma AB reserves the right to change the shipping method after the order confirmation has been sent to the customer. This is only done in exceptional cases and in order to minimize costs and environmental impact and to comply with the regulations of the shipping companies regarding package size and weight. All prices on the website include VAT.

The delivery cost is 59 SEK for packages up to 3 kg. After that, the shipping cost is 79 SEK.

Transport responsibility

If the goods are damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. In the event of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.

Transport damage

If the product is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported immediately to Snälla Saker i Lomma AB's customer service. In order for us to be able to file a complaint with our carrier, we need to report the damage to them within 1-3 days. We would therefore be grateful if you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is free of defects as soon as possible after receipt.

If the damage is visible, it is easiest to report this directly to the agent when you pick up the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

If you have received a damaged item, we will of course ensure that you receive a new one as soon as possible.

Untriggered order

We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling that arise from unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 200 if a package is not collected. The shipment remains with the agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to collect the package and then return it as described below. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
