Beeswax wraps are a sustainable alternative to plastic bags and plastic wrap when storing food. They work perfectly for cheese, vegetables, fruit and bread. They are not used for hot food and raw meat.
The cloths are made from organic cotton, beeswax, organic jojoba oil and wood resin.
Use the heat from your hands to wrap the beeswax cloth over a bowl of food or directly around a piece of cheese or fruit. When the cloth cools, it will automatically stick. Clean with cold water, let dry and use again and again.
Beeswax cloths are washable, reusable and can be thrown in the compost.
The package contains beeswax cloths in three sizes. The largest covers an entire salad bowl and the smallest is perfect for, for example, a piece of dessert cheese or a piece of fruit.
