The stick is great for applying to dry skin areas that crack and itch. It works well on most areas such as elbows, feet, hands, fingers, face, lips, and is also good for preventing dry cracks and chafing.

Chafing often occurs from friction between skin or fabric in combination with moisture and heat. By lubricating yourself preventively with HUMLE Knog & skavstfit, the friction instead occurs on the outside of the skin layer and protects you from red, sore and burning chafing and painful blisters.

The stick is fragrance-free, without essential oils.
