Washing machine

Step 1: Place the wash sheet in the bottom of the washing machine

Step 2: Place all your clothes in the washing machine

Step 3: Start the machine and enjoy a clean wash

Handwash

Step 1: Fill a bucket with water

Step 2: Add the washcloth to the bucket and stir until dissolved

Step 3: Hand wash your clothes as usual

Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS): is a surfactant that can have a variety of uses. We use a plant-based surfactant that is created from coconut oil. In our wash sheets, the substance is used to break water tension and remove dirt and grime from the fabric during the wash cycle. We use a dioxane-free, plant-based SDS that is also biodegradable and does not bioaccumulate in water or land.

Glycerol: is a sweet, viscous, colorless and odorless liquid. The quality of glycerin as a solvent, along with its hygroscopic properties (ability to absorb water vapor) make it good for cleaning and stain removal. These properties allow glycerin to soften hardened and set stains, making even old stains easier to remove.

Decyl Glucoside: is a mild detergent often used in cosmetic formulations and products for people with sensitive skin. The ingredient lowers the surface tension of water and is therefore often used in many hygiene and toiletry products. Decyl Glucoside is a natural and biodegradable ingredient that comes from corn and coconuts. In our wash sheets, Decyl Glucoside helps remove dirt and oils more effectively.

Betaine: is a naturally occurring ingredient that can be used in place of drying sulfates. Betaine is extracted from molasses, the juice of sugar cane, and is an effective cleaning agent due to its high surface activity.

Fatty Alcohol Polyglycol: is a fully biodegradable nonionic surfactant used in our washcloths for their stain fighting properties and their ability to break down residues such as oil and soap.

Poly(vinyl alcohol): It is a biodegradable polymer used as a binder that dissolves evenly in the laundry. Its ability to be completely broken down by microorganisms makes it completely safe for the environment. It is non-toxic and safe for humans, animals, and marine life. It can sometimes be found in pills that we swallow and in contact lenses.

Trisodium Citrate: Used as a building block in laundry detergents due to its ability to bind positively charged calcium and magnesium ions found in tap water and unlike phosphate builders, it is safe for the environment. The use of sodium citrate improves the performance of detergents. Trisodium Citrate acts as a cleaning aid and water softener so that detergents can work more effectively.
