Èn Gry & Sif is a Danish company that manufactures felted products in Nepal.

All products are handmade and this means that there are slight differences in each product that make them unique.

The design is Danish but the skilled craftsmen in Nepal bring the products to life. The wool comes from New Zealand.

The Danish company has been working with the production of felted products in Nepal since 2000. Nepal is one of the world's poorest countries and the need for development is great. Èn Gry & Sif believes that the best way to help development is to create sustainable, secure jobs.

From the very beginning, Èn Gry & Sif has worked to ensure that all work is done in an ethical, fair manner and that employees are paid a good wage. It is mostly women who are hired in Nepal because it has been shown that women are the ones who ensure that the income benefits their families the most.

In 2009, Èn Gry & Sif received its Fair Trade certification from The World Trade Organization. This means that a number of principles regarding the working environment and sustainability must be met.
